Had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, which made our stay very comfortable. Special thanks to Dinesh and Rajasree from the food monitoring team, as well as Lynda, who ensured everything was well-maintained and clean. The room cleaning service was excellent, and a special mention to Chef Tofique, who was exceptionally courteous. He personally asked about our preferences, prepared delicious meals with great care, and served them with utmost respect. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team.

Beds were comfortable, good air conditioning Staff were very helpful and accommodating for our requests The service we had from Prasoon from reception, Arin and Nantu from the bar/buffet, Manna Roy outside greeting us and assisting with cabs, Ram from the kitchen and Ranimon from sales handling our team dinner of 25pax, was absolutely top tier! Excellent work from the staff at the ibis bengaluru hebbal, they made our stay so enjoyable Highly recommend staying here if you need to be in the hebbal area or even when going to manayata business park Would go back just for the great staff here

The breakfast was really awesome. They really made fresh dosas and it was big. The staff was really courteous and polite. It is also close to Manyata Tech Park for those who work there. The Wi-fi also was working excellent. The gym was also awesome, which was on 8th floor where we had the room on that floor only and the view from gym was also nice in which we could see IT companies in Manyata Tech Park. Even the dinner buffet also was excellent.

The breakfast was good especially if you like Indian food. What stood out for me was the fact that the chefs accommodated my requests for western food, so kudos to them

Pets were allowed and we were given a inter connected room as we booked 2 rooms. Food was very tasty and available 24×7 , amazing service at midnights

The check in was very smooth. Mrudula in the check in was fast, helpful and pleasant. They have a very young team, all of them well trained and make overall stay a pleasant experience. The restaurant at the ground floor, is good. The dinner spread (buffet) and the a la carte was to very good standards, it is an open kitchen.
